There is a 1mm difference in drop between the two shoes. With the Bondi having a 4mm drop and the Arahi having a 5mm drop. The Bondi has high arch support. Love these my Monsters.! I am recovering post surgical meniscus repair and can definitely tell the difference in cushioning on my knee between these and my other shoes including On Cloudstratus, Hoka Bondi and Altra Riviera.
